These terms are in compliance with the laws of England and Wales and, where applicable, international law. These terms apply to all services offered by us, including but not limited to local work, airport transfers, wedding hire, courier services, and any other transportation services we may provide. applications, and in-person interactions. 1. Legal Compliance

Our operations and services are conducted in strict compliance with the laws of England and Wales and, where relevant, international law. This includes adherence to transportation, privacy, and data protection laws.

2. Driver Vetting

All our drivers are fully vetted and licensed by Bucks County Council, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards for your peace of mind.

3. Service Booking

Advance booking is required for all services. We strive for punctuality, however, we are not liable for delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Wedding Hire: Requires a deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before the event.
Refund Policy: Full refunds are provided for cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.
Extreme Situations: In cases of unsafe travel conditions, we may cancel services with a full refund provided.

5. Child Seat Policy

Available upon request at booking. Responsibility for the child’s safety rests with the parent or guardian.

6. Lost Property

Managed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Unclaimed items will be dealt with according to lost property laws and licensing conditions.

7. International Services

When services extend beyond the UK, international law will apply where relevant, ensuring full legal compliance.

8. Complaints Resolution

Complaints should be directed to mailto:bookings@crowfly.co.uk and will be addressed within 48 hours, in line with our commitment to service excellence and regulatory compliance.

9. Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of new terms.

11. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
