Mohammed came to my rescue yesterday morning; just as I was leaving for a Remembrance Service with Scouts [both at Church and the village green] my tyre on my drive was completely flat along with a deeply embedded bolt!! Thanks to this firm, I was able to attend the service and arrive on time! Mohammed was cheerful and the journey was brief but very comfortable. I also really appreciated the complimentary bottle of water. I will definitely keep this firm’s details for future use [and emergencies] and highly recommend to others, especially those in remote areas!

I popped in to their little bit at the station with a bit of a complicated journey request. They were so patient as I tried to explain it and we’re really open with the mileage and costing. They even rounded it down for me.

They turned up in plenty of time, with full updates etc.

The drivers were lovely. Friendly and they genuinely seemed to care about their passengers.

    Is your service available day and night?

    Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

    Are the prices fixed?

    Yes. The prices are fixed for pre booked transfers. But if there are any additional drop offs, pickups or diversions added at the last minute then there will be additional charges.

    Can you provide child/infant seats?

    Yes. Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer.

    Are you a licenced company?

    Yes. We are licensed by South Bucks District Council – License Number: 00000.

    Is smoking allowed in the car?

    No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

    How do I find my driver at the airport?

    Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually by the airport information desk.

    Terms & Conditions of our Services and Partner companies

    Please be advise we would require 24 hours advance notice for any future bookings for any urgent request please contact on contact number on our site or communication application by Web Chat and Whats apps.

    You will automatically receive an ‘LT Journey Acknowledgement’ email for the journey(s) you have paid for. You are responsible for checking that the details received to us are correct.

    You will manually receive a ‘Journey Details’ email when the journey has been assigned to a driver within 24 hours before your journey take place for journey outside of 24 hours we shall send these asap by SMS or email communication or you can contact us to request it. This will contain the the driver’s telephone number along car make and model. UK Airport Transfers and it Trading business will not pay for any delays in this information been transmitted by SMS and email.

    UK Airport Taxi transfers does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

    We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredictable delays on route to or from the airport. We will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if you not allowed correct check in time please make sure you check with flight operator or Airport .

    You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 2 hours prior to flight departure, however we accept no responsibility for any missed flight due to this.

    All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking and medical insurance.

    No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport in event of our vehicle break down or car accident and traffic delay we will inform you and keep you updated we shall try and arrange another vehicle from our fleet but will not be able to offer compensation in event if the is delays and we can provided the onward travel.

    UK Airport taxi transfers and it partner companies Names does not accept any responsibility in any way if the passenger/luggage requirements exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked. If you are unsure about the capacity of the vehicle booked please contact our customer services team immediately before journey takin place normally within 24 hours if the driver arrive and it a no pick up we can pursue for payment and this will be advise on the details we hold on your booking records .

    Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information.

    If your flight has any serious delays please inform us or the driver as soon as possible on contact details on our site so we can adjust this to our work load

    We use our own transport wherever possible but do use affiliated and sub contractors drivers to follow are strict policy and procedure

    Pricing

    Our prices are fixed price based on the quoted pricing on our live booking system but please do make sure all pick up address and drop off address are correct at the time of a booking request extra fees apply if the a change of journey plan

    We reserve the right to provide an upgraded car type from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable This will be at No Extra Cost for this

    Waiting Time

    On Journeys collecting from any airport or Seaport Location in the UK UK Airport Taxi Transfers does not charge for the first 45 Minutes from when the plane has landed and depending on the requested pick up time by the customer this apply for domestic arrivals and international arrivals please book in journey based on time to allow to get through custom and baggage reclaim.

    Waiting time charges is only applied after the customer requested pick up and time and the 45 minutes free allowance on top of that from when the aircraft has landed it will be charged at £30 per an Hour or £7.50 for Every 15 Minutes the driver will advise at the time of collection we shall always try and work with all customer to keep the charges within the free time allowance allowed.

    Tolls

    All Airport and Seaport Toll are Included in the online Quoted pricing but if it increases driver will advise

    Amendments

    Any amendment must be made via an email or by telephone to us to which you will receive an email confirming the amendment. Amendments must not be made with your driver require 24 hours notice urgent request will need to be emailed or phone through

    Re-Booking

    All bookings must be made through the office either via the website, telephone or e-mail. In this way confirmations are sent out and the journey is insured.

    Cancellations

    We will accept any cancellation as long as 24 hours notice is provided.

    If you do not receive an email from us confirming the cancellation, then we have not received it. In this case please call us urgently.

    Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

    No Refund if our drivers break down and is involved in an (RTC) were we communicated with a customer at all communication levels but refund request can be requested and will be based on a number fact before our management make a decision and you will be informed by email.

    – No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.

    – No refund is made for cancellation of a booking with less than 24 hours notice provided or afterwards

    – All other circumstances where a refund may be possible should be addressed directly with our Support Team Via Email to bookings@crowfly.co.uk

    Please note all calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

    Privacy

    We use your personal information to provide the services you’ve requested (i.e. to process your order). We may also use this information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve our technologies and services. Where required to fulfil your transfer, we may pass selected information to third parties.

    Child seat and Booster seat ?

    Yes we can supply baby seats and booster seat please confirm child weight or Age to confirm seat type.

    Please see link attached for the regulation on taxi and minicabs please be advised we don’t provide child seat for any booking but are more than happy to keep your seat as long as the is a return airport journey booked please see link below what you can copy and paste in your browser.     Heathrow Airport Drop off charges explained?

    Our fixed pricing booking system include the Heathrow Airport drop off charge please be advised if the driver is meeting you at the drop off area and charges increase after the free minutes allowed this will be charged and advised to the customer at the time of pick up and drop off for Heathrow Airport and other Airport were the booking take place. we shall keep the charges to standard charges as much as possible and will communicate at all levels to keep this in the interest from a cost aspect for customers .

    London Congestion charge and ULEZ Charge ?

    All our fixed pricing for London Or Collection does not include London Congestion charge and Ulez Charges all charges will be advised at the time of a booking confirmation by online or by email or phone.

    Waiting Time for Pre Booked Work

    For advanced Booked work were a driver is advised to do a wait for a customer on a Journey and if a return is booked our standard rate per an hour is £30.00 per an hour and customer will be informed at time of a (POB) status Mean (Passenger on board)

    The price include ‘Meet and Greet’ service?

    No! the driver will park up the vehicle and meet you at the time requested with a name board in the appropriate place i.e an Arrivals Hall For Heathrow T245 Costa coffee International Arrivals Heathrow T3 by WHSmith Gatwick Airport Costa coffee North and South Terminal City Airport Costa coffee All other location of pick up will be advised at the time of collection Driver will Text customers for airport collection with the driver details at the time of pick up meaning when the flight lands .

    Heathrow Airport drop of charges ?

    All Our online prefixed pricing include Airport drop of charges of this does not include the charge to collect you from Heathrow Airport and car park fees apply you can do a inside pick up at £12.00 for first 45 minutes Charges ?

    Executive Car Booking Request?

    Our fleet is BMW Audi and Mercedes but from time to time we may send a standard 4 seater car depending on a number of factors. but all online request email request and phone request we will send a car from our fleet . BMW Audi and Mercedes but can send a standard car during busy periods.

    Peak Rate Apply for all quoted Journey’s online by phone or email between 23:00 pm to 05:59 am at a rate.

    MPV Six Seater

    Extra Rate Apply for Bigger Car Types and are quoted for online booking request and phone booking and email booking

    Bank Holiday Rates and Christmas Rates

    Please be Advised Extra Rate apply on all booking request during bank Holiday and Christmas Periods. And will be quoted on our instant online booking system

    Religious/ Holidays/ Business Events

    If the is any religious or other events we shall run a limited services and all customer will be informed of any event as well and any booking on the day will be provided but we shall have limited services on this day. and new job on the day of event customer will be informed by email or phone to see if we can provide service during a duration of an event.
